Recent Results
In one of our most recent campaigns, we partnered with a luxury real estate developer looking to generate qualified leads for a newly launched premium waterfront project. Their previous efforts with another agency had resulted in low lead quality, high cost-per-lead (CPL), and minimal engagement on Instagram and Facebook.
Challenge:
Their target audience was affluent investors and expats, but the ad creative was too generic, and the targeting too broad. The client was burning budget on low-interest clicks and irrelevant followers.
What We Did:
We rebuilt the campaign from scratch, starting with customer persona mapping and revamping the creative to reflect luxury storytelling and exclusivity. We introduced short-form video walkthroughs, testimonial snippets, and used precise interest + behavioral targeting across Meta platforms.
We implemented lead form ads integrated directly with their CRM, with pre-qualification filters to ensure high intent. Midway through the campaign, we layered in retargeting to users who engaged but didn’t convert.
